Design-Build
FedEx Ground called on CBC when they required a new 68,858 square foot distribution center. This new state of the art structure features offices, an automated package sorter and loading docks specifically designed for FedEx Ground's unloading and loading needs. CBC was able to complete this job on schedule and under budget to provide FedEx Ground with a high-quality facility, which was exactly what they wanted.

Design-Build.
When Edwards Construction needed a new 22,560 sq. ft. office and crane maintenance facility, they turned to CBC. Drawing from their experience, CBC dimensioned an existing design to meet the challenges put forth by Edwards. Today, the facility continues to allow Edwards to standardize their processes and gain maximum utilization from their space.

Design-Build.
Parker Marine was growing, and CBC was there with the creative construction solution to the three building project. CBC first added almost 3,000 sq. ft. to the existing welding shop. CBC then added an additional 7,200 sq. ft. for shipping, receiving and parts warehouse. The final phase was a two-story 4,900 sq. ft. office building with 12 offices and a spacious conference room. The projects were completed on time and within budget.

CBC knew when Greenville Produce needed a new, design-build warehouse, they needed more than a holding area. They needed a dependable, fully operational structure that allowed for optimal durability and function.
Completed on time and within budget, the building became a 10,344 sq. ft.

When Tandemloc expanded their facilities, they called the company that knew expansion…CBC. CBC created a 25,000 sq. ft. addition for manufacturing and a 700 sq. ft. shop office addition to the already exiting office space. Tandemloc got a new look, from the front of the building to the manufacturing area, offices, break room, shipping and receiving offices.
