Design-Build.
The first building that housed Pitt Family Physicians in Ayden, North Carolina was lost due to fire in September of 2005. When they decided to rebuild instead of relocate, they chose CBC to demolish the remaining building and construct a new facility. With an inviting reception area and comfortable treatment rooms, the 7,028 sq. ft. building was completed on time and within budget, allowing business to return to normal as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Carolina Vision Care needed a new 6,000 square foot building with 7 exam rooms, 5 diagnostic training rooms, 3 labs, a retail shop for optical products, large reception area, offices for doctors, managers, insurance, and administrative staff, and even a break room. Design-Build.
Cape Point Development called on CBC when they required an 11,596 sq. ft. design-build facility for the Department of Pediatrics at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Meeting the needs of a new facility involved constructing 18 exam rooms, 15 offices, as well as several intake rooms, procedure rooms, nurses’ stations and a lab. CBC met these requirements, remaining on schedule and within budget to provide to provide the ECU Department of Pediatrics with a high-quality health care establishment.

The Allergy Center called on CBC when they required a new facility to
correspond with the growth of the practice and patient needs. To achieve this goal, CBC constructed a 3,160 sq. ft. office with 5 exam rooms, 2 physician offices, 2 general offices, as well as a general waiting room, shot waiting room, procedure room, and a nurse's station. CBC was able to remain on budget and on schedule with completion occurring in 4 months time to provide The Allergy Center with a high-quality health care establishment.
