Cox Communications wanted an elegant office building that would establish their presence in Eastern North Carolina and meet their growing needs, and they wanted the project done quickly. CBC worked with Cox Communications designers to determine space needs and develop floor plans. The 25,436 sq. ft. project was completed on schedule in five months. |

This two-building, multi-tenant commercial office space met the owner's need for efficiency in both design and operation. CBC designed the buildings so that present and future tenants would have optimum flexibility in changing and growing their space within the building's 9,420 sq. ft. footprint.
