Renovating the old bank building in uptown Greenville for its new tenants, Trillium Health Services, was no small feat. The 26,000 square foot building was constructed in 1974 and retained many dated design and construction elements. We were tasked with revitalizing the space for an over 100-employee office in just five months. Some highlights from this build include the conversion of the drive-thru into a secondary entrance, a large training center, and two large call centers with 2nd floor executive offices.
