When business owner Debbi Justice relocated her Merle Norman franchise, she
also made some unique requests for the spa she added to her business. After
all, not every new building calls for a grotto, a cave structure of pre-cast
concrete-stone, and a customized spray tan booth. CBC made the job look
easy, along with meeting her budget and schedule, to create a 10,000 square
foot building that holds a retail area, hair salon, 11 spa rooms, full
amenities in locker rooms for men and women, relaxation lounges, plus two

Team-Build.
The Krispy Kreme multi-purpose expansion and renovation took two years of careful planning and was completed on schedule in seven weeks. The project, which was coordinated with and approved by Krispy Kreme Corporate Headquarters, included an addition (seating area, toilets, and a storage area) and a complete renovation of the 5,282 sq. ft. space. The final design yielded the popular "doughnut theatre" and accommodations for a new line of drinks and coffee products.

CBC worked with owner STOW Management and architects Dunn & Dalton on a much-needed upfit to an older shopping center and transformed it into a state-of-the-art 28,566 sq. ft. retail facility. In addition to updating the building facade, CBC worked with individual tenants to design customized upfits for each retail unit.

When Welex, the world’s leading manufacturer of high performance plastic extrusion equipment moved its facilities from Pennsylvania to Greenville, they wanted a smooth transition and a quality facility. CBC was there to help. By restructuring a building that CBC had designed and built, they were able to add 2 state of the art bridge cranes and get Welex up and running on budget and on time.
