In 2005, Agri Supply came to CBC to build one of their largest retail centers in Garner, North Carolina. And they needed it done right away. CBC responded with a 120,000 square foot new facility that featured a large retail showroom, offices, and a break room for employees. And CBC did it, all within their estimated time and budget.


Lynncroft

When Lynncroft expanded the size of their existing shopping center, they needed a 7,000 square foot building with retail space for up to five separate businesses. They needed it fast and done right. They called on the company they knew could do it. They called...CBC. The job was completed on budget and on time. The result. Four of the available spaces are already rented and the doors will be opening soon. That's just good business. That's CBC.


Pecheles Ford/Toyota
Washington, NC

When Pecheles Ford-Toyota wanted a new sales and service facility in Washington, NC, they wanted a building as distinctive as the automobiles they sell. CBC responded with two brand new state-of-the-art facilities totaling 27,019 square feet enabling the customer to be the focus. It includes a spectacular showroom, offices, an extensive waiting area, and 17 service bays. All of it constructed on time and within budget. CBC would like to congratulate Pecheles Ford-Toyota on their recent grand opening.


Port City Java

When Port City Java needed to open two coffeehouses, one on Red Banks Road and the other on Tenth street, they called on CBC to redesign previous locations. CBC decided one of their new locations, a 2,995 sq. ft. retrofit, should house a private meeting room for locals to conduct various business and group meetings. The other location, a 1,130 sq. ft. retrofit would be a place for on-the-go patrons. Both sites were completed within 45 days and ready for business.


Aspen Tops East, Inc

Aspen Tops East, Inc. called on CBC when they needed an updated, design-build facility that would accommodate a high volume of granite countertops, a fabrication shop, and a display area. The result was a professional looking showroom and the fabrication shop fulfilled all requirements for optimal ventilation, drainage and storage. Delivering exactly what Aspen Tops East needed, CBC completed the 7,000 sq. ft. facility on time and within budget.

Owner, Flatlands Development, LLC, architects Dunn & Dalton, and the proposed tenants worked together to facilitate the design of the 2,496 sq. ft. restaurant and outdoor dining space. The group wanted to create a structure that would be visually appealing as well as practical--the resulting design allows guests to enjoy outside dining while providing an eye-catching design element.

The Spa At Merle Norman

When business owner Debbi Justice relocated her Merle Norman franchise, she also made some unique requests for the spa she added to her business. After all, not every new building calls for a grotto, a cave structure of pre-cast concrete-stone, and a customized spray tan booth. CBC made the job look easy, along with meeting her budget and schedule, to create a 10,000 square foot building that holds a retail area, hair salon, 11 spa rooms, full amenities in locker rooms for men and women, relaxation lounges, plus two couples’ treatment areas.
