This impressive 11,898 square foot facility was built as an extension to an existing business, 264 Shoes and Apparel. The aim was to create a destination shopping area where customers can take their vehicle in for an oil change and shop while they wait. The client wanted to provide a sleek, modern facility, fully conditioned for tire sales and vehicle maintenance, with tractor and lawn mower sales as well. It was a challenge to merge all of these ideas and concepts into an operational space that met the needs of our clients and their customers, but we love a good challenge.
